The Wardrobe is a nonprofit social enterprise open to all. Our goal is to eliminate clothing insecurity by outfitting people for life or work. Clothing combined with personalized support helps 5,000 people a year look and feel their best to move forward in their lives.

You may know us by another name! As we prepared to celebrate our 25th anniversary, we reflected on our history and our clients, and realized it was time for our image to match our mission. Because of how we started, and the incredible support we have from the Philadelphia community, people know us as the place that sets women up for interviews- and we are that! But we’ve become so much more. We aim to eliminate clothing insecurity for all genders and all walks of life as simply The Wardrobe.
