With your help, we can continue to help 5,000 job seekers annually throughout the Philadelphia region find their path to employment.
The improved self-confidence that comes from a new outfit, combined with an appointment to help them learn positive workplace behavior, sets each job candidate who comes to The Wardrobe up for success. With renewed confidence and hope, 91% stay engaged in their job search, and more than 60% report working full time within 6 months.
The OutFIT for Work Fund
For anyone whose job or income has been severely impacted by the COVID-19 shut down, The Wardrobe is responding to this unprecedented economic crisis with a new program: OutFIT for Work.
For every $50 raised, another person will receive everything they need – shoes, accessories, clothing, and confidence to find a new job and begin rebuilding.
Sustain Our Wardrobe as a Trendsetter
Our success over the past 25 years is due to the support we receive from our generous individual supporters who make financial donations to sustain our work! In honor of our 25th Anniversary, we are kicking off the Trendsetter Club.
With a monthly donation of $25 or more, you will sustain our wardrobe by being part of our Trendsetter Club. Your sustaining gift will lead the way, ensuring that anyone who needs access to clothing for employment or independence gets it. Trendsetter Club members receive the inside scoop all year on what’s happening at The Wardrobe, including a monthly shopping discount!
